How it works in practice

You approve every message before it sends. The AI prepares the draft; you review it, edit anything you want, and approve. The platform handles delivery once you've approved. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Yes. Every email sent through the platform includes a compliant unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are automatically flagged in the customer record so you don't accidentally contact someone who has unsubscribed. CAN-SPAM and CASL compliance is built in.
